Our discount dental plan offers an affordable alternative to insurance schemes and provides significant savings on private dental fees. With a convenient choice of either a monthly fee or annual payment you can have the security of knowing your oral health is being cared for.
There is no registration fee to pay. The practice will cover all administration costs involved in setting up the scheme.
Our standard practice dental plan scheme is £250 per year. You have the option of paying for this annually or monthly. This includes 2 x routine 6-monthly check-up appointments, 2 x routine 6-monthly hygiene appointments and would give you 20% off routine dental treatment.
If you have or elect to have implants, there is an implant specific dental plan which is £450 per year and includes 2 x 6-monthly check-up appointments, routine radiographs, 4 x 3-monthly implant hygiene appointments plus 20% off routine treatments.
Refund Policy
Direct Debits/future payments to pay for our dental plan can now be set up on-line.
All the normal Direct Debit safeguards and guarantees apply. No changes in the amount, date or frequency to be debited can be made without notifying you at least 5 working days in advance of your account being debited. In the event of any error, you are entitled to an immediate refund from your Bank or Building Society. You have the right to cancel a Future payment instruction online at any time, we just ask that you let us know so we amend your plan accordingly.
Personal Management
However, there are tips you can employ to help keep your dental costs manageable so please consider the following:-
Attend regular check-up and hygiene appointments.
Ask your dentist for all of your treatment options, the pros and cons of each option, and the total cost of your treatment before you begin.
If you require a large amount of treatment, ask if the treatment can be spread out over time.
Ask about our 0% finance facility and In-house payment plan for both adults and children.
FUTURE PAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
At Lonsdale Dental Practice recurring payments for your dental plan costs can be set up using FuturePay by Worldpay. This is an internet-based equivalent of traditional standing order and direct debit facilities
With Futurepay, you arrange to get funds debited from your card, rather than from your bank account. Once an agreement is created, you can view payments in the Shopper Management System (SMS) on the WorldPay website. Please note, any contract is between you and Lonsdale Dental Practice rather than with WorldPay.
