There is no registration fee to pay—our practice covers all administration costs involved in setting up the scheme.
Standard Practice Dental Plan
- Cost: £258 per year (option to pay annually or monthly)
- Includes:
- 2× routine 6-monthly check-up appointments
- 2× routine 6-monthly hygiene appointments
- 20% off routine dental treatment
Implant-Specific Dental Plan
- Cost: £450 per year (option to pay annually or monthly)
- Includes:
- 2× 6-monthly check-up appointments
- Routine radiographs
- 4× 3-monthly implant hygiene appointments
- 20% off routine treatments
Refund Policy
Direct Debits / Future Payments for our dental plan can now be set up online.
All the normal Direct Debit safeguards and guarantees apply:
- No changes in the amount, date, or frequency to be debited can be made without notifying you at least 5 working days in advance.
- In the event of any error, you are entitled to an immediate refund from your bank or building society.
You have the right to cancel a Future Payment instruction online at any time. We just ask that you let us know so we can amend your plan accordingly.
Personal Management
However, there are tips you can employ to help keep your dental costs manageable. Please consider the following:
- Attend regular check-up and hygiene appointments.
- Ask your dentist for all of your treatment options, the pros and cons of each, and the total cost before you begin.
- If you require a large amount of treatment, ask if it can be spread out over time.
- Ask about our 0% finance facility and In-house payment plan for both adults and children.
FUTURE PAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
At Lonsdale Dental Practice, recurring payments for your dental plan costs can be set up using FuturePay by Worldpay. This is an internet-based equivalent of traditional standing order and direct debit facilities.
With FuturePay, you arrange to have funds debited from your card, rather than from your bank account. Once an agreement is created, you can view payments in the Shopper Management System (SMS) on the WorldPay website.

Please note, any contract is between you and Lonsdale Dental Practice rather than with WorldPay. Future Payments made with Lonsdale Dental Practice will be made in monthly instalments.
Once set up, your agreement will run until either you or Lonsdale Dental Practice choose to end it. A Recurring Payments (FuturePay) agreement can be cancelled by you or through Lonsdale Dental Practice. WorldPay is unable to cancel your order/agreement or provide you with a refund.
