Ben grew up in Garstang and attended Lancaster Royal Grammar School.
After qualifying from Newcastle University in 2003, he moved to Cumbria to be close to the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales.
Since leaving university, he has pursued many post-graduate courses covering many aspects of dentistry.
Most recently he has focused his professional development on a particular interest he has in root canal treatments, and is currently completing his studies for an MSc in Endodontics at the University of Chester.
Over the course of his career, Ben has seen the demand for cosmetic solutions grow and evolve, and is keen to provide a wide range of options for patients.
He has considerable experience in teeth straightening procedures, and has worked with Invisalign since 2007. He is a Gold Invisalign Provider.

Outside work, Ben leads a very active lifestyle. As a cyclist he races for an elite level team, competing regularly in road races and time trials. He also enjoys fell walking, running and skiing.
